Every IGET and AliBarBar vape sold by IGET Vape Bar Australia is genuine and quality-checked. In the rare case a device is faulty, our warranty has you covered.
What's covered
- Dead on arrival (DOA) — a device that doesn't work straight out of the sealed packaging.
- Manufacturing faults — e.g. a device that won't fire, won't charge, leaks excessively, or has no airflow, that is not caused by misuse or damage.
What's not covered
- Normal battery/e-liquid depletion (a device that has simply run out).
- Damage from drops, water, over-charging, or using the wrong charger.
- Change of mind on an opened or used device (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
How to claim your warranty
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for DOA, or as soon as a fault appears.
- Email contact@igetvapebarsaus.com or call +61 485 979 103 with your order reference.
- Send a short description and, if possible, a photo or video showing the fault.
- Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — quickly and hassle-free.
Recharging & care tips
Many "not working" issues are simply a flat battery on rechargeable devices like the IGET Bar Pro, IGET One and AliBarBar Ingot 9000 — charge via USB-C until full before assuming a fault. See our FAQ for recharging guides.
