Every IGET and AliBarBar vape sold by IGET Vape Bar Australia is genuine and quality-checked. In the rare case a device is faulty, our warranty has you covered.

How to claim your warranty

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for DOA, or as soon as a fault appears.
  2. Email contact@igetvapebarsaus.com or call +61 485 979 103 with your order reference.
  3. Send a short description and, if possible, a photo or video showing the fault.
  4. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — quickly and hassle-free.

Recharging & care tips

Many "not working" issues are simply a flat battery on rechargeable devices like the IGET Bar Pro, IGET One and AliBarBar Ingot 9000 — charge via USB-C until full before assuming a fault. See our FAQ for recharging guides.
