Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every IGET and AliBarBar vape you buy from IGET Vape Bar Australia. If something isn't right, here's how our refund and returns policy works.

14-day returns

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used disposable vapes unless the device is faulty.

Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices

If your device is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA), we'll replace or refund it — see our Warranty page for full details. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a short description (a photo or video helps us resolve it faster).

How to request a return or refund

• Email contact@igetvapebarsaus.com or call +61 485 979 103.
• Include your order reference and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (bank transfer) within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used disposable vapes (unless faulty).
• Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
